Idealized diagram of the Futurist Pavilion designed by Prampolini for the Valentino Park Exhibition in Turin in 1928, created in collaboration with Fillia and Pino Curtone and with the neo-futurist architects of Turin, the pavilion represents an original embodiment of neo-futurist architecture, characterized by its gaudy polychromy, in the volumetric contrasts, in the eye-catching self-advertising writing.
Provenance: formerly private collection of the Galleria Borgonona, Rome
Work registered at the Prampolini Archive, Rome; authentic on photo by Massimo Prampolini;
